What we do not do

Being clear about the boundary

Arthveda MF Services LLP is registered with AMFI purely as a mutual fund distributor. That registration allows us to distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and to receive commission from asset management companies for doing so. It does not make us an investment advisor, a research analyst or a portfolio manager, and we do not present ourselves as any of those.

  • We do not charge investors any advisory fee, planning fee or subscription.
  • We do not provide research reports, stock tips or buy/sell calls.
  • We do not manage money on your behalf or operate any discretionary mandate.
  • We never ask clients for account passwords, OTPs or transaction PINs.

What we do provide is scheme distribution, execution support and long-term servicing, guided by our written selection SOP. Any suitability discussion is incidental to that distribution activity, in line with SEBI and AMFI guidelines for distributors.

Every investment decision is yours. We will explain the category, the risks and the reasoning. The Scheme Information Document remains the governing document, and you should read it before investing.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is normal, and it is what the first conversation is for. Tell us the situation and we will tell you which part of the work actually applies to you — including if the answer is none of it yet.
