The scheme is the last decision, not the first
Most investors arrive with a scheme name they heard somewhere. We start three steps earlier: what the money is for, when it will be needed, and how much fall you can sit through without selling. Only after those are settled does the category get chosen, and only then the scheme.
We distribute regular plans from across the industry. Because no single AMC pays us to prefer it, the shortlist is built from the SOP filters — category mandate, portfolio consistency, rolling performance across cycles, expense ratio and fund house process.
- Access to schemes from 40+ asset management companies
- Category-first selection using our written SOP
- Risk profile recorded before any scheme is discussed
- Consolidated statements and portfolio review support
- Full servicing on switches, redemptions, nominations and transmission
What actually happens, step by step
Profile & suitability
A risk profile is completed and recorded, along with income, commitments, horizon and existing holdings. This is the reference for every later recommendation.
Category allocation
The corpus is split across equity, debt and hybrid categories in proportions the profile and horizon justify — before any scheme name enters the conversation.
Scheme shortlist
Within each chosen category, schemes are filtered on mandate adherence, rolling returns across market cycles, portfolio concentration, expense ratio and AMC process.
Documentation & KYC
KYC status is checked and completed where needed, folios are created, bank mandates registered and nominations recorded. Our operations team handles the paperwork.
Execution
Purchases, SIP registrations, switches and redemptions are processed with confirmation shared back to you. EUIN is recorded on every application, as AMFI requires.
Ongoing review
Periodic reviews check whether the portfolio still matches the profile and goals. Rebalancing is done when the SOP calls for it — not on market noise.
Questions we get asked most
No. We do not charge investors any fee. We distribute regular plans and receive trail commission from the asset management company, disclosed on our Commission Disclosure page. Direct plans, which carry a lower expense ratio and no distributor support, are available to you directly from the AMC.
Yes. We can review existing holdings and, where you wish, help you consolidate them under our ARN through a change-of-broker process, which does not require redeeming and re-investing. Whether consolidation makes sense is a decision we will discuss openly, including when the answer is to leave things where they are.
Usually far fewer than people expect. Beyond a point, adding schemes adds overlap rather than diversification. The SOP works towards the smallest set of schemes that covers the categories your plan needs.
Short-term underperformance against a peer group is normal and is not by itself a reason to switch. Our review looks at whether the scheme is still doing what its mandate says. Persistent drift from mandate, not a bad quarter, is what triggers a change.
Transactions are processed by our operations staff and confirmed to you. The recommendation itself always comes from a Designated Partner — we have no sales team.
