Grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong, here is exactly who to contact, in what order, and what to expect at each stage.

We would always rather hear about a problem than have you live with it. Most issues — a delayed transaction, a statement that has not arrived, a folio detail that is wrong — are resolved at the first step within a day or two.

Level 1 — Raise it with us

Phone+91 93352 12327 · Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

AcknowledgementWithin 2 working days of receipt
Target resolutionWithin 15 working days, or an explanation of why longer is required

Please include your name, folio number or PAN, the scheme concerned, the date of the transaction in question and a description of the issue. That lets us investigate without a second round of questions.

Level 2 — Escalate to the AMC or its registrar

Where a complaint concerns a scheme, a transaction, a payout or a folio record, the asset management company is the entity that holds and controls that record. Every AMC publishes an investor relations officer and a grievance email on its website. The registrars — CAMS and KFin Technologies — also have their own grievance channels. We will help you file the escalation and follow it up.

Level 3 — SEBI SCORES

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may lodge a complaint on SEBI's online redressal system, SCORES. Complaints against mutual funds and market intermediaries are tracked there with prescribed timelines. SEBI generally expects the entity concerned to have been approached first.

Level 4 — SMART ODR

For disputes that remain unresolved, the securities market's online dispute resolution portal, SMART ODR, provides conciliation and arbitration for eligible matters.

Complaints about a distributor

Complaints specifically concerning the conduct of an AMFI registered Mutual Fund & SIF distributor — including us — may also be raised with AMFI, which administers the Code of Conduct for Intermediaries of Mutual Funds. Our ARN is ARN-305641.

Please tell us first, if you can. We cannot fix what we do not know about. A phone call on +91 93352 12327 resolves the large majority of issues before any formal process becomes necessary.
