Who we are
This website is operated by Arthveda MF Services LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership having its registered office at Ground Floor, Office No. 9, Saran Chamber, 5 Park Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — 226001. We are an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor holding ARN-305641, ARN valid from 27-Aug-2024 to 27-Aug-2027 and SIF valid from 25-Sept-2025 to 24-Sept-2028. Our Designated Partners are Mr. Amit Kumar Agarwal and Mrs. Supriya Agarwal.
Nature of our services
We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and receive commission from asset management companies for doing so. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, stock broker or insurance intermediary, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of these. We do not charge investors any fee for advice, planning or execution, and we do not manage funds on a discretionary basis.
Any discussion of suitability, asset allocation or scheme categories on this website or in conversation with us is incidental to the distribution of mutual fund schemes and does not constitute investment advice within the meaning of the SEBI (Investment Advisors) Regulations.

Scheme documents govern
In respect of any mutual fund scheme, the Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information and Key Information Memorandum filed with SEBI are the governing documents. In the event of any inconsistency between those documents and anything stated on this website, the scheme documents prevail. Investors must read them before investing.
