Arthveda MF Services LLP (ARN-305641) respects the confidentiality of the information our clients and website visitors share with us. This policy explains how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly — name, email address, telephone number, city and any message you send through a form on this website or over WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Information required to invest — for clients, KYC information as prescribed by regulation: PAN, address proof, identity proof, bank details, nominee details, FATCA and CRS declarations and risk profile responses.
- Technical information — standard web server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site functioning and secure.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to service your investments.
- To carry out KYC and complete transactions with asset management companies and their registrars.
- To meet obligations under SEBI regulations, AMFI's Code of Conduct, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and applicable tax law.
- To send you statements, review reminders and service communications relating to your own investments.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It is shared only with:
- Asset management companies and their registrars (CAMS, KFin Technologies) to process your transactions.
- KYC Registration Agencies, as required to establish and maintain your KYC record.
- Regulators, statutory authorities and auditors, where disclosure is required by law.
- Transaction and reporting platforms used to execute and report on mutual fund transactions.
Cookies
This website uses only what is necessary for it to work. Your browser's session storage is used to record that you have acknowledged the risk disclaimer notice, so that it is not shown repeatedly during a visit. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. Any embedded map is served by a third party subject to its own privacy terms.
Security
Access to client records is restricted to the partners and to support staff who need it for their work. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will never ask you for a password, an OTP, a UPI PIN or a card PIN. No employee or partner of Arthveda has any legitimate reason to request these.
Retention
Client records, KYC documents and transaction records are retained for the period prescribed by applicable law and regulation, which extends beyond the closure of a relationship. Enquiry data from website forms is retained only as long as needed to respond, unless you become a client.
Your choices
- You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- You may withdraw consent to marketing or service communications at any time, though we must still send communications required by regulation.
- You may ask us to delete enquiry data, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations.
