Things we will never ask you for
Fraud in this industry almost always begins with one of the requests below. If anyone claiming to represent Arthveda asks for any of these, stop and call us on +91 93352 12327 before doing anything.
- Your bank account password, net-banking credentials, UPI PIN or card PIN.
- An OTP sent to your phone or email, for any reason whatsoever.
- A transfer into a personal account. Mutual fund payments go only to the AMC or its registrar, never to us.
- Payment of any fee to us for advice, planning or account opening. We do not charge investors.
- Signing a blank form, or a form you have not read.
Guaranteed returns do not exist in mutual funds
Anyone promising an assured return from a mutual fund scheme — whether or not they claim to represent us — is misrepresenting the product. Please report it to us and to AMFI.
Keep your own records.
Ask for a consolidated account statement periodically, keep your email and mobile number updated with the registrar,
and check that a nomination is registered on every folio. These three habits prevent the majority of problems
families face later.
